The item(s) is faulty, damaged, or defective at the time of delivery. The received product(s) differed from the original order. Anything is missing from the package which was described in the product description at the time of purchase. In such cases, claims can only be entertained if they are made within 07 days of the original order date. 2. Once we receive the item our team will review the damage-once the dispute is settled fairly we will issue a replacement of the same value against the product mentioned in the invoice and send it with the next order made by the customer. 3. In case of exchange customer will be responsible for all shipping, handling costs. 4- Mydrobe does not offer "Cash Refunds". 5- Refunds are offered as wallet amount/ store credit that can be used for future purchases. 6- Courier charges, local or international, are not eligible for refund or store credit. Only the suit price will be added to the wallet. 7- In case of defected/damaged products is received, we will replace the defective article with the fresh piece of same product. In case of no stock, suit amount will be added to Mydrobe wallet for a replacement order. All products can be exchanged within 7 days of purchase Products will only be exchanged if they are in their original condition. This entails that they are unused, not damaged, all stickers and tags intact and packed in their original packing If there is a change in your order amount due to the exchange, in cases where the exchange order value is below the original order value, the balance amount will be provided to you as store credit. In cases where the exchange order value is above the original order value, you can pay through cash at the time of delivery The complete exchange process will take up to 2 days in major cities and up to 4 days in all other cities. 4. Discounted Items cannot be returned / Exchanged. 5. Unstitched articles once stitched will not be entertained 7. Delivery Charges will not be refunded. 8.
