Orders received on Sundays and on Pakistan's National Holidays will be processed and shipped on the next working day. Delivery time is between 24 to 72 working days (No delivery on Sundays). However delivery can take up to 7 working days during busy shopping season or our mega sales events. On orders above the value of Rs.10,000 we will need an advance payment. All products purchased from our Site can be exchanged within 07 days only if: Exchange request is made within the stated time frame/limit. The item(s) is faulty, damaged, or defective at the time of delivery. The received product(s) differed from the original order. Anything is missing from the package which was described in the product description at the time of purchase.
