Free Shipping on all orders over the value of Rs.1,000 We charge Rs.200 on all orders under the value of Rs.1,000 Orders are processed and shipped within 24 working hours (Pakistan Standard Time) via Registered Courier Service. Orders received on Sundays and on Pakistan's National Holidays will be processed and shipped on the next working day. Delivery time is between 24 to 72 working days (No delivery on Sundays). However delivery can take up to 7 working days during busy shopping season or our mega sales events. On orders above the value of Rs.10,000 we will need an advance payment. Customer will be contacted for payment information on order confirmation and the account details will be communicated then.

All products purchased from our Site can be exchanged within 07 days only if: Exchange request is made within the stated time frame/limit. The item(s) is faulty, damaged, or defective at the time of delivery. The received product(s) differed from the original order. Anything is missing from the package which was described in the product description at the time of purchase. In such cases, claims can only be entertained if they are made within 07 days of the original order date. 2. Once we receive the item our team will review the damage-once the dispute is settled fairly we will issue a replacement of the same value against the product mentioned in the invoice and send it with the next order made by the customer. 3. In case of exchange customer will be responsible for all shipping, handling costs. All products can be exchanged within 7 days of purchase Products will only be exchanged if they are in their original condition. This entails that they are unused, not damaged, all stickers and tags intact and packed in their original packing If there is a change in your order amount due to the exchange, in cases where the exchange order value is below the original order value, the balance amount will be provided to you as store credit. In cases where the exchange order value is above the original order value, you can pay through cash at the time of delivery The complete exchange process will take up to 2 days in major cities and up to 4 days in all other cities. 4. Discounted Items cannot be returned / Exchanged. 5. Unstitched articles once stitched will not be entertained 7. Delivery Charges will not be refunded. 8.
